Jag är väldigt förtjust i True Romance. En underbar film på så många sätt. Men jämfört med Fucking Åmål så har den inte mycket att sätta emot tyvärr.

Det är lite mysko att se om True Romance efter att ha sett allt Tarantino gjort efteråt. Det känns som om varenda scen är gjord av någon som försöker imitera Tarantino men inte riktigt får tonen rätt. Det är en bra film, ibland en förjävla bra film (Sicilians! Arquette v Gandolfini! Shootouten!) men den känns som ett genrep.
